Working Out- The Best Feeling
Working Out- The Best Feeling

Hello Readers! Hope you had a wonderful weekend. I am hoping you are enjoying my weekly posts. Again, all your feedback is much appreciated.

Like I had mentioned last week, we will be discussing about the importance of working out today. Working out with consistency can do wonders for your body: mentally as well as physically. You need to realize the lengths you can go to. If you can commit to only three times a week, ensure you are giving every part of your body the required exercise. If you think you can commit to six days a week with your busy schedule, that’s amazing!

For some people such as myself, working out can be a stress buster. For some, it can be a chore. This attitude can determine the type of exercise you engage in. My main point is: BE REALISTIC in your fitness goal.

When you exercise on a regular basis, your brain releases endorphins that enhance your mood. You feel more energetic and happy when you workout on a regular basis. When you don’t exercise for a while; you feel groggy, tired, lazy and some people also tend to be in a bad mood.

Increasing your consistency gradually in a workout will allow your muscles, tendons and ligaments a chance to adjust to the challenges of a fitness regimen. Maintaining this consistency also reduces stress and increases mental well being.

Just because you have a steady fitness regime doesn’t mean you can eat anything and everything. There’s no better feeling than eating right and working out on a consistent basis. I hope this post will change your thoughts on exercising regularly in a positive manner! Eating healthy, drinking loads of water/detox waters and exercising regularly- its the whole package and the road to a healthier you! 🙂

Treat your body well, because it deserves it! 🙂
